Katharine Livingston has over 25 year of teaching experience in Pilates and yoga and is a certified personal trainer.  She has worked with all ages and levels of fitness as well as with people living with chronic conditions.                          

Katharine created Synthesis Body Works out of a desire to bring together all of the movement techniques she has studied with the mission of helping people make real changes in their physical health and well being.  

Her personalized approach includes integrating her client’s goals with a system of exercises and cueing designed to develop awareness and to achieve optimal patterns of movement.  

She is available for one on one training in her Mt. Airy studio or she can come to your location.
